      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide analytical support for complex budget and financial analysis projects, including spending trend analysis and cost-saving recommendations
      - Develop timely and accurate financial reports and operational statements to inform management about financial conditions
      - Manage gift administration activities and ensure compliance with Foundation and Gift Administration policies
      - Analyze current Foundation Fund portfolios for efficiencies and potential fund transfers
      - Process Monetary Transfer of Funds (MTFs) and maintain accurate records of gift transmittals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Financial Analyst experience in Healthcare is required
      - Candidate must be located in Southern California
      - 3-5 years of financial experience in healthcare required
      - 1-3 years of fund management and contracts and grants experience
      - Bachelor's degree in a related area and/or equivalent experience/training

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proven ability to independently gather information and perform financial analysis assignments
      - Strong interpersonal skills with a service orientation and critical thinking abilities
      - Familiarity with financial policies, practices, and systems, particularly in a university setting
      - Experience using spreadsheet and database software for complex financial analysis
