What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide specialized administrative support to assist the Department Head and/or Department with complex tasks
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls, managing all logistical details
- Prepare and manage documentation, including reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Maintain electronic and paper files, ensuring proper organization and protection of important documents
- Support the planning and execution of employee events and departmental special events
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree preferred
- 3-5 years of specialized administrative support experience of an increasingly responsible nature
- 3-5 years of experience supporting middle to senior management employees or an entire department
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance
