      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide routine and specialized administrative support to the Department Head and/or Department
      - Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls, handling all related logistics
      - Type and transcribe various documents, ensuring accuracy and organization
      - Maintain electronic and paper files, including monthly credit card reconciliations and expense reports
      - Plan and coordinate department special events and employee activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree preferred
      - 3-5 years of specialized administrative support experience
      - 3-5 years of experience supporting middle to senior management employees or an entire department
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
      - Proficiency in MS Outlook and other office software
