      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide day-to-day operations support within a HIPAA compliant environment
      - Act as first-level support for all technical incidents at the IT Support Desk
      - Respond to client inquiries, document incidents, and provide tier-1 support via phone or remote tools
      - Assist in onboarding new staff, preconfiguring workstations, and deploying hardware
      - Analyze and prepare documentation for internal and external users, ensuring clarity and accessibility

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related area and/or equivalent experience/training
      - 1-3 years of relevant experience in technical support or IT
      - Ability to provide technical support in a HIPAA compliant environment
      - Proficiency in documenting and triaging technical incidents
      - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze software issues

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Service Now or similar ticketing systems
      - Familiarity with complex software configuration and customization
      - Knowledge of clinical applications and systems administration
      - Previous experience in a higher education or healthcare setting
      - Strong communication skills for effectively guiding end users
