What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, briefs, and legal opinions
- Review and annotate laws, court decisions, and related legal documents
- Confer with judges and court officials regarding legal questions and documentation
- Attend court sessions to record case information and assist in court proceedings
- Perform administrative duties as assigned

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Knowledge of general and state law, court practices, and legal terminology
- Ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing
- Strong research skills for complex legal issues
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- An attorney who has taken and passed the Minnesota Bar Exam
