What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide support for email marketing systems, including creating HTML emails and scheduling for distribution
- Assist in developing campaign pages on the Giving Day platform
- Proofread and edit content from campus partners to ensure quality
- Help write video scripts for promotional materials
- Create digital marketing collateral for email, social media, and other platforms
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Suite, HTML, and email marketing systems
- Familiarity with AP style
- Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop/Creative Cloud
- Solid knowledge of marketing principles and best practices
- 1-3 years of experience in communications, marketing, fundraising, or an administrative role
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Knowledge of the campus and/or medical center, including its mission and objectives
- Strong organizational skills and experience in file management
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- Familiarity with customer service standards and procedures
