      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process multi-state biweekly and monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance
      - Oversee daily timekeeping and resolve payroll-related discrepancies
      - Prepare and maintain payroll records, journal entries, and reports
      - Conduct audits of benefit plans against payroll deductions for accuracy
      - Provide training and support to junior payroll staff on payroll processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree in accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - 3-5 years of payroll experience
      - Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
      - Experience with outsourced payroll software and automated timekeeping software
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation
      - Experience with Kronos or UKG Software
      - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, HR, or a related field
