What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with teams in Marketing and Communications to define project scope and requirements, creating and managing project timelines
- Implement and manage project changes to ensure timely progression and completion
- Facilitate key project reviews, documenting meeting actions and communicating them effectively
- Assist with partner communications to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and within scope
- Track operational key performance indicators and generate reports on operational efficiency

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- At least one year of experience in a project management role or similar responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for professional interactions with stakeholders
- Proficient in project management software such as Adobe Workfront and Airtable preferred
