What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in the delivery of American Red Cross programs and services for military members and their families
- Coordinate and manage volunteers to ensure effective service delivery
- Develop and implement strategic outreach initiatives with community partners
- Monitor and report on service delivery outcomes to ensure organizational accountability
- Conduct training sessions, presentations, and workshops as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong computer skills and effective public speaking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with military culture, regulations, and protocol is strongly desired
