What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the Small Business team with the sales and retention processes
- Management of SalesForce workflow and reporting
- Employer center audits and management of correspondence
- Interpret and challenge the reporting tools to support new ideas
- Effectively communicate with internal departments and external customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Associate's Degree (Preferred)
- 2 years of relevant experience in the health insurance industry (Preferred)
- 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or sales (Preferred)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in the health insurance industry
