What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule and reassign staff to match current needs and adhere to organizational policies
- Communicate regularly with unit-based leadership to discuss resource needs and colleague reassignment
- Enter accurate scheduling and timekeeping information into software packages
- Assist in orientation and training of new staffing clerks
- Report any identified problems to appropriate leadership for follow-up

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Two (2) or more years of staff scheduling experience
- Prefer hospital healthcare scheduling experience
- High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and office equipment

- Additional formal clerical and computer training
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with a wide range of staff
- Comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment
