      TENA Account Manager - Gold Coast

      Join our dynamic team at Essity as TENA Account Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in developing profitable business with new and existing customers in the Residential Aged Care and Homecare segment.

      About the Role:

      As TENA Account Manager, you will manage a group of identified Aged Care and Homecare accounts to achieve designated sales targets. You will be responsible for developing and implementing Sales Action Plans, executing sales activities, managing the sales pipeline, and supporting business retention and growth through effective Account Management.

      Additionally, you will assess and agree on education/training needs of new and existing customers and provide education/training to customers regarding products, processes, and continence care standards.

      Gold Coast territory – North to Springwood, South to Grafton and West to Tenterfield. Regional territory covers Rockhampton, Yeppoon, Emerald, and surrounds.

      What You Will Do:

      • Develop and implement Sales Action Plans for a defined territory.

      • Execute sales activities to achieve financial objectives and sales targets.

      • Apply the Sales Process consistently for identifying, managing, and implementing opportunities.

      • Support business retention and growth through effective Account Management.

      • Responsibly manage the sales pipeline to meet financial objectives.

      • Involve all business stakeholders to support product supply chain.

      • Strategically plan activities and allocate resources to maximize business benefit.

      • Prioritize customer-facing events and call activity to drive sales momentum and impact.

      Who You Are:

      You are a motivated and positive individual ready to bring your initiative with a background ideally in the health and medical industry, you also have:

      • Demonstrated ability to research, identify, and develop customer insights and understanding within the Residential Aged Care and Homecare Markets

      • Proven track record of sustainable and profitable sales delivery

      • A current Driver’s Licence and own car

      • Current influenza vaccination certificate to enable access to Healthcare customer facilities

      • IT proficiency with intermediate Microsoft Office skills and demonstrated effectiveness using and optimizing a CRM system

      • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally across the entire business

      • Excellent interpersonal skills

      • Ability to manage customer and industry events and/or conferences
