What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify individual member needs and document interventions based on relationships and assessments
- Provide support to members through various settings and assist with support groups as needed
- Contribute to case management meetings to ensure a collaborative approach for each member
- Complete documentation for member contacts, cancellations, and care plans in accordance with organizational policies
- Communicate professionally with members, families, and community agencies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist or Peer Support Specialist
- Successful participation in a recovery program
- Strong organizational skills and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to maintain punctuality and attendance during work hours

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in community outreach and engagement with professional organizations
- Familiarity with Substance Use Disorder programs and services
- Demonstrated ability to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Experience in conflict resolution and team collaboration
