What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide back-up coverage and assistance for Regional Sales Supervisors and Retail Sales Consultants
- Assess inventory needs, place accurate orders, and manage product stocking in stores
- Identify lost sales opportunities and ensure high levels of customer service
- Refer sales leads and market feedback to help respond to customer demands
- Perform additional duties such as new item cut-ins and category resets as directed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
- Minimum of 1-3 years' experience in sales of grocery products to chain accounts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
