What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Present and promote strategic programs and services to veterinary clinics, ensuring alignment with their unique needs
- Grow clinic enrollment in employer services and generate new leads within a designated territory
- Conduct in-person visits to drive engagement and utilization of the PracticeHub platform
- Build strong, consultative relationships with veterinary professionals, offering best practices and identifying growth opportunities
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure a positive customer experience and achieve clinic success goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of overall work experience, with 1+ year in account management or customer success in technology services/SAAS or eCommerce
- Proven experience in building and managing customer relationships and driving engagement
- Strong ability to meet and exceed KPIs in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on experience with sales/CRM technologies and data analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as a veterinary technician or assistant
- History of selling to or engaging with veterinary or medical practices in the US
- Experience with launching new technology products/services in the veterinary field
- Strong understanding of the pet care industry and recent trends
- In-depth knowledge of the veterinary profession in the US
