- Develop and executes a Territory Plan with overall responsibility for growth of territory; meets all sales quotas.
- Travel through assigned territory and calls on existing and prospective customers and communicates by phone and via email on a regular basis.
- Develop and maintains relationships with customers, staying connected with day-to-day contacts, supervisors and other key influences and decision makers at customer locations.
- Develop partnership with the Clinical team and Customer Service Representatives to maximize service and revenue in new and existing accounts and coordinates the processes for securing paperwork from accounts, getting pumps and AWC shipped and returned, opening new accounts, etc.
- Provide consultative information to customers about AWC and equipment based on technical knowledge of products and protocols.
- Provide customers with consultative information in such areas as legal and insurance regulations, cost analysis, and billing and collection methods.
- Prepares sales paperwork needed for all TPP orders obtained for NPWT and AWC.
- Prepare and submits expense reports in accordance with company policy.
- Complete all sales reports and required documents in a timely fashion
- Attend tradeshows, sales meeting and education seminars when required.
- Complete accreditation and other exams as required.

- Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Regional Sales Director, the Territory Manager is responsible for opening new accounts, maintaining existing accounts and overall growing their business in Advanced Wound care and NPWT TPP.
Certain hospitals, clinics and other medical centers now require InfuSystem to provide proof of vaccinations prior to entering their facilities. Your role may require proof of vaccination in order for us to receive the accreditation credentials needed to effectively service our customers.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
COMPUTER SKILLS: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software, Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Current driver's license
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS: Must be able to travel with overnights.
