      Responsibilities:

      • Increase business by prospecting and securing opportunities and orders with new customers.

      • Grow sales by maintaining, developing, and expanding existing customers.

      • corporate CRM system (Office / SAP / C4C).

      • As needed, prepare quotations for new business and repair works.

      • As required, prepare and execute training and product description presentations.

      • Provide technical advice and product troubleshooting to customers in the field.

      • Handle customer's technical and commercial questions.

      • Help with the preparation of sales forecasts and projects.

      • Prepare sales reports.

      • Must react to change productively and undertake other tasks as assigned.

      • Proactively plan all client contacts and schedule customer visits.

      • Select prospects based on the knowledge of industrial sectors.

      • Maintain a current list of customer names, contacts, actions, and requirements within the

      Qualifications:

      Required:

      • English speaker.
      • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or technical degree.
      • 3-5 years of experience in a similar or related position involving sales of mechanical seals or other technical equipment.

      Preferred:

      • Advanced education or training in mechanical seal technology.
      • Thorough understanding of mechanical sealing technologies and their associated equipment.
      • Excellent communication/people skills and strong organizational skills.
      • Self-motivated, customer-focused, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellence.
      • Demonstrated analytical capabilities sufficient to be an effective problem solver.
      • Demonstrated people skills to be an influential team member.
      • Ability to speak fluently and effectively in French and English to the organization's customers and employees.
      • Computer literate –Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Database applications.
      • Ability to work under pressure.
      • Work independently or with others as needs arise.
      • Requires good judgment and a professional demeanour.
      • May spend extensive time in customer plants.
