      Responsibilities:

      • Supports the promotion and sales a portfolio of products and/or services and solutions directly to current and new customers

      • Informs customers of new product/service introductions and prices

      • Creates, monitors and revises lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline

      • Has structured direct contact with clients and limited authority for negotiation

      • Has general knowledge of assigned products and services

      • Develops competence by performing structured work assignments

      • Continues to build knowledge of business, financials, products/services, the market or account needs

      • Works with moderately complex territory/assigned accounts, products/services, sales or account management processes

      • Has direct contact with clients and moderate authority/opportunity to set and negotiate product/service terms

      • Is beginning to plan own territory or account approach and monitor resources

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent engineering degree and plus 5-7 years of experience in the rotating industry.

      • Experience in selling MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure) solutions, especially technical selling skills.

      • Must have motivational skills and managerial skills and a high sense of urgency to recognize equipment, process and industry opportunities in the market (develop networks)

      • Good performer in taking ideas to full market launch.

      • Interpersonal skills are critical for optimum communication with customers as well as internal EagleBurgmann.

      • Able to organize and prioritize work assignments.

      • Must have strong work ethics.

      • Must be able to work in a team, and to lead teams to ensure successful program implementation.

      • Good written and verbal reporting skills. Excellent computer application skills in MS Office products.

      • Travel required 50% or exceeding.
