      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical sales support to maximize sales growth of Henkel's General Industrial Adhesives Business within the assigned territory
      - Work through the sales process to identify and develop value propositions for customers
      - Train and motivate Authorized Industrial Distributors to promote LOCTITE brand products
      - Prospect for new business opportunities while managing existing customer accounts
      - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BA/BS degree from an accredited university
      - Strong manufacturing and MRO sales experience desired
      - Industrial sales experience is a plus
      - Ability to self-manage time and prioritize workload
      - Confident in presenting in a group setting
