      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive strategic business expansion and collaboration opportunities with major U.S. cancer centers and clinics
      - Structure detailed strategic plans for gaining and retaining new and existing clients
      - Collaborate with sales positions to ensure successful attainment of company goals
      - Monitor sales performance to ensure objectives are met and provide customer feedback
      - Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan for the territory, including budgets and goal setting

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - B.S. in life science, biology, business, or marketing; MBA preferred
      - 2-3 years of direct account management experience in a molecular diagnostic setting
      - 3-5 years of experience working with major cancer centers and clinics
      - Strong understanding of molecular diagnostics for oncology and the competitive landscape
      - Excellent negotiation, customer service, and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated measurable revenue generation at a diagnostic, pharmaceutical, or relevant biotechnology company
      - Proven past performance that has met and exceeded expectations in account management
      - Ability to sell at the executive level (CEO, COO, CFO)
      - Comfortable utilizing Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
      - Advanced presentation skills and strong business acumen
