What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the Director of Sales to create and implement strategic sales plans for your territory
- Identify and prospect small to mid-sized businesses (SMBs) and midsize restaurants/retailers that can benefit from the employer's solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, addressing their challenges and tailoring appropriate solutions
- Deliver engaging sales presentations, product demonstrations, and confidently close deals
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to refine sales strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in B2B field sales
- Strong prospecting and networking skills with the ability to build a robust sales pipeline
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for articulating complex ideas
- History of closing deals and consistently exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented mindset
