What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify, research, and contact prospective customers to increase sales opportunities
- Develop and execute account plans for top prospects to achieve sales goals
- Conduct negotiations and manage accounts receivables to support financial health
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to meet expectations
- Mentor and lead less experienced account executives to build a knowledgeable sales team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- College degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Intermediate level of relevant work experience required
- Understanding of the sales cycle processes and knowledge of Power Generation products
- Strong relationship selling skills with a focus on value propositions
- Ability to adapt to new concepts and embrace change
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of the Data Center business from a Power Generation Solutions perspective
- Experience with sales tools such as Sales Force and CPQ
- Willingness to learn and challenge the status quo
