      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales growth and expand market share with existing accounts and new opportunities
      - Specify premium building materials for commercial projects, collaborating closely with architects and designers
      - Establish yourself as a trusted partner to architecture and design firms
      - Develop and maintain strong relationships with end users in the healthcare market

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience in building materials, particularly in commercial projects
      - Bachelor's degree required
      - Exceptional presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
      - Must be a self-starter based in Fort Lauderdale/Miami
      - Bilingual skills are a plus
