      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a sales expert for the region, contributing to the Hint water retail sales team
      - Maintain and grow key accounts by developing relationships with grocery stores, mass merchandisers, and distributors
      - Use CRM tools to track daily achievements and participate in weekly sales calls
      - Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new business and stay informed on industry trends
      - Execute in-store merchandising and promotions to maximize brand potential and ensure product availability

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred; relevant experience will be accepted
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in the CPG industry within the retail space
      - Proven sales skills and ability to meet achievable goals
      - Strong customer service skills and ability to work well under stress
      - Must be able to lift 30 pounds

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a similar role within the beverage or consumer packaged goods industry
      - Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
      - Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate a team
      - Experience with planning and executing store-level promotions
      - Strong understanding of market trends and consumer preferences
