      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as a sales expert for the region and contribute to the retail sales team
      - Maintain and grow existing accounts by developing relationships with key stakeholders
      - Identify and acquire new accounts while conducting market research for new business opportunities
      - Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely product delivery and excellent customer service
      - Execute in-store promotions and merchandising strategies to maximize brand presence

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred; relevant experience will be considered
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in the CPG industry in the retail space
      - Demonstrated high level of customer service
      - Proven sales skills and ability to set and achieve goals
      - Must be able to lift 30 pounds

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in managing relationships with grocery stores and mass merchandisers
      - Ability to handle stress and adapt to change effectively
      - Strong team collaboration skills and ability to inspire others
      - Experience with CRM tools, such as Repsly
