      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve sales, margin, and expense budget goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
      - Improve KPIs such as market share, dealer share, and builder share
      - Acquire and retain key dealers and users while optimizing local distribution
      - Develop annual business plans in collaboration with the Regional Manager to exceed financial budgets
      - Conduct professional Joint Business Planning Meetings with the Regional Manager and local distributors

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Valid state-issued driver's license
      - Minimum of 4 years of outside sales experience
      - Must reside within the core geography of the territory
      - Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree
      - Experience in the building industry
      - Completion of a professional sales training program or certification
      - Familiarity with CRM software
