What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the National Sales Director to establish and meet Territory Sales objectives
- Maintain relationships with existing customers while identifying new sales opportunities
- Conduct market research and monitor competitors to ensure company standards are met
- Participate in promotional events, such as trade shows, to foster customer relationships
- Prepare and submit necessary reports on customer needs and sales performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of field sales experience in the metal roofing industry
- Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with CRM practices
- Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver tailored presentations

- Experience in developing sales strategies and utilizing performance KPIs
- Strong customer service and sales skills, with an emphasis on problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to manage significant travel requirements effectively
