      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and manage agency relationships to drive growth and profitability of GEICO and GEICO-affiliated products
      - Prospect, interview, and approve new agency appointments to expand distribution
      - Provide training and support to agents while monitoring their performance against established goals
      - Act as a subject matter expert on GEICO products and competitor offerings to enhance agent sales strategies
      - Prepare departmental business plans, budgets, and staffing projections to ensure efficient operations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of sales or relevant insurance sales experience
      - Strong organizational and priority-setting skills, with the ability to multitask
      - Clear, professional, and empathetic communication skills via phone and in person
      - Ability to follow complex instructions and facilitate conflict resolution
      - Valid driver’s license and compliance with driving standards

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a related field
      - Experience in driving sales results and working with various lines of insurance (P&C, Commercial, Life/Health)
      - Familiarity with GEICO’s products and services
