      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and maintain relationships with agency partners to enhance distribution of GEICO and affiliated products
      - Conduct training sessions for agency staff on products, services, and marketing strategies
      - Monitor and evaluate agency performance against established goals and guidelines
      - Develop and execute local growth plans based on national strategic initiatives
      - Assist agencies in creating effective local marketing plans to drive growth

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be able to perform essential functions, including seeing, hearing, typing, and speaking
      - Minimum of 3 years of sales or relevant insurance sales experience
      - Strong organizational and priority-setting skills
      - Ability to follow complex instructions and resolve conflicts
      - Valid driver's license and compliance with driving standards

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field
      - Prior experience in driving sales results in the insurance industry
      - Familiarity with multiple lines of insurance (P&C, Commercial, Life/Health)
      - Experience in consulting and advising agents for performance improvement
