      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Meet or exceed established sales goals for the IONM product line
      - Conduct product demonstrations and customer training sessions
      - Develop territory business plans and sales forecasts
      - Act as a liaison between customers and the employer, resolving issues and maintaining support
      - Provide regular sales reports and insights to management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business sales, marketing, or a medical/scientific discipline
      - Minimum of 2 years of professional sales experience in medical devices or scientific research
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills, including formal presentation abilities
      - Strong problem analysis and resolution skills
      - Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Expert level knowledge in IONM; certification is a plus
      - Familiarity with CRM and administrative tools for opportunity management
      - Working knowledge of Windows OS in a networked environment
      - Experience in building long-term customer relationships
      - Ability to work outside normal business hours as needed
