      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Sell employer brands products to existing dealer accounts within the territory
      - Promote sales growth and identify business opportunities for existing and new employer brands
      - Exceed sales budget and key performance metrics
      - Advise remodelers and home builders on employer brands product solutions
      - Provide business counsel and marketing advice to dealers to drive sales growth

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years' experience in outside sales, preferably in the building products/building industry
      - Proven experience working with distributors, builders, and remodelers
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers
      - Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage customer expectations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - BA/BS in Management, Marketing, or a related field
      - Experience in providing superior customer service in a sales environment
      - Ability to effectively communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds
      - Experience with overnight travel as required for the role
