What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas for the territory
- Cultivate relationships with distributors and acute care entities to drive sales growth
- Partner with internal teams to identify opportunities and address any issues
- Document sales activities and analyze competitive information using Salesforce.com
- Champion infection prevention initiatives through education and participation in local meetings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Acute Care and B2B environments
- Strong understanding of basic sales techniques and business development processes
- Knowledge of Infection Prevention, Vascular Access, Environmental Services, and Surgical Suite applications
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated strategic focus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in sales within the healthcare industry, particularly in infection prevention products
- Familiarity with CRM products beyond Salesforce.com
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to challenge conventional mindsets in sales approaches
- Additional certifications related to healthcare sales or infection prevention
