What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect for new merchant services accounts and cross-sell additional banking products
- Prepare proposals and conduct sales presentations and product training at client locations
- Provide telephone support and act as the primary customer service contact for Merchant Services customers
- Monitor portfolio reports and perform periodic portfolio reviews to identify revenue opportunities
- Collaborate with bank personnel to generate and respond to referrals of merchant services prospects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of Merchant Services sales experience strongly preferred
- Minimum 2 years of Business Development/Sales related experience and/or training preferred
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Current California driver's license and a vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage if required to drive while performing assigned duties
