      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prospect and interview potential new agency appointments to expand distribution
      - Manage agent performance and relationships using in-person, virtual, phone, and email communication
      - Translate national strategic initiatives into local goals and objectives while ensuring accountability
      - Conduct training sessions for agency staff on GEICO products and services
      - Prepare business plans, staffing projections, and budgets to optimize operational efficiency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must possess a valid driver's license and auto insurance
      - Minimum of 3 years of sales or relevant insurance experience
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
      - Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in person and via phone
      - Proficiency in following complex instructions and resolving conflicts

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
      - Prior experience in driving sales results
      - Familiarity with various lines of insurance (P&C, Commercial, Life/Health)
      - Experience in insurance claims is a plus
      - Knowledge of GEICO products and services
