      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as a sales expert for the region, contributing to the Hint water retail sales team
      - Maintain and grow existing accounts by building relationships with key stakeholders
      - Sell in additional SKUs and execute store-level promotions to achieve revenue targets
      - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed on industry trends
      - Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely product delivery and excellent customer service

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred; relevant experience will be considered
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in the CPG industry within the retail space
      - Proven sales skills with the ability to set and attain achievable goals
      - Strong customer service orientation and ability to adapt to change
      - Must be able to lift 30 pounds

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the beverage industry or working with retail grocery chains
      - Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate team members
      - Familiarity with CRM tools for tracking sales achievements
      - Previous experience attending trade shows and promoting products
      - Ability to execute in-store merchandising strategies effectively
