      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prospect for new merchant services accounts and cross-sell additional banking products
      - Prepare proposals and conduct sales presentations and product training at client locations
      - Provide telephone support and act as the primary customer service contact for Merchant Services customers
      - Collaborate with bank personnel to generate and respond to referrals of merchant services prospects
      - Monitor portfolio reports and perform periodic reviews to identify revenue opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Established network and proven success in the Southern California market
      - Minimum 3 years of Merchant Services sales experience
      - Minimum 2 years of Business Development/Sales related experience and/or training
      - Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
      - Current California driver's license and a vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
      - Demonstrated ability to cross-sell and explain all products and services with confidence
      - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
      - Experience in dealing with complex problems in non-standardized situations
