What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute and exceed sales targets within your defined territory
- Develop go-to-market strategies with a thorough SWOT analysis to identify opportunities for growth
- Identify and execute account conversion opportunities to drive sales and EBITDA impact
- Promote brand awareness by attending trade shows and providing technical articles
- Build strong relationships with inspectors, distributors, and key trade communities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of sales experience in the telecom space, specifically with signal conductors
- High School Diploma required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Smartsheet
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Willingness and ability to travel 40%+ (mileage reimbursement provided; flights prepaid)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience selling or purchasing wire products is strongly preferred
