What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead sales territory development through strategic initiatives and educational programs
- Utilize CRM and business intelligence tools to develop effective sales strategies
- Empower dealer teams with training and resources to foster business growth
- Ensure brand consistency and excellence in service across all sales channels
- Facilitate collaboration with internal teams, sales directors, dealers, and contractors
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the hardscape/building material industry, either in sales or installation
- Strong work ethic and a positive, energetic attitude
- Post-secondary education
- Experience in building sales action plans and customer relations
- Must possess a valid passport and be able to travel to Canada for training and meetings
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with sales action plans, deciphering sales reports, and hosting events
- Experience in utilizing customized CRM and ERP systems for sales management
