What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead hardscape sales territory development through strategic initiatives and continuous education programs
- Utilize customized CRM and business intelligence tools to identify competitive advantages
- Empower dealer teams with training and resources to optimize business growth with the employer
- Ensure brand consistency and service excellence across all sales channels
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing and collaboration with internal teams, sales directors, dealers, and contractors
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong and ambitious work ethic
- Positive "Can-Do" energized attitude
- Post-secondary education
- Minimum of 2 years of experience selling into a dealer network or working in the hardscape/building material industry
- Must have a valid passport and be able to travel to Canada for training/meetings
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in building sales action plans, deciphering sales reports, hosting events, and building customer relations
- Familiarity with the hardscape/building material industry (selling or installing)
