      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Service and support retail distribution centers to help them grow as Techo-Bloc Authorized Distributors
      - Educate and train contractors on product knowledge and installation best practices
      - Ensure brand consistency and service excellence across all sales channels
      - Maintain the company's reputation for consumer experience and customer service
      - Conduct daily face-to-face meetings and manage territory sales efforts, including some overnight travel

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years experience in the hardscape/building material industry, either in sales or installation
      - Strong work ethic and a positive "Can-Do" attitude
      - Post-secondary education; a Bachelor's degree is preferred
      - Experience in building action plans and sales strategies
      - Ability to travel and access to the Rochester and surrounding area is essential

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience planning and marketing communications, sales, and events
      - Valid passport for potential training meetings in Canada
      - Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform outdoor tasks
      - Familiarity with dealer networks and customer relationship management
