      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Service and support retail distribution centers, providing tools and resources for growth
      - Educate and train contractors on product knowledge and installation best practices
      - Ensure brand consistency and service excellence across all sales channels
      - Maintain the company's reputation as an industry leader in consumer experience and customer service
      - Conduct daily in-person meetings and manage overnight travel as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years experience in the hardscape/building material industry, either in sales or installation
      - Strong work ethic and a positive, energized attitude
      - Post-secondary education; Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Experience in building action plans, sales strategies, and deciphering sales reports
      - Must have easy access to the Rochester area and the ability to travel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with planning, supporting, and executing marketing communications and sales events
      - A valid passport for potential training or meetings in Canada
      - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical demands of the role
