      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Empower dealer teams by providing training and resources to enhance business growth with the employer
      - Ensure brand consistency and service excellence across all sales channels
      - Facilitate collaboration and knowledge-sharing with internal teams, sales directors, dealers, and contractors

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong and ambitious work ethic
      - Positive "can-do" attitude
      - Post-secondary education
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in the hardscape/building material industry, either in sales or installation
      - Must have a valid passport and be able to travel to Canada for training and meetings

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in building sales action plans, analyzing sales reports, and hosting events
      - Proven ability to build strong customer relationships
