      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive special order sales to increase market share across various business segments
      - Provide product knowledge training and demonstrations for associates
      - Maintain existing stock business and ensure product integrity and pricing accuracy
      - Engage with store personnel to build rapport and facilitate effective communication
      - Address customer complaints and recommend solutions to enhance satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
      - Proven direct sales experience in the building products industry preferred
      - Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills essential
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
      - Solid time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Understanding of the building products industry and home improvement retail channel preferred
      - General knowledge of major competitive brands within the industry
