      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain a detailed sales and support plan for the territory
      - Maintain consistent contact with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction
      - Conduct in-person customer visits to demonstrate products and assist in hardware decisions
      - Prepare price quotations and write orders for approval by management
      - Communicate regularly with internal teams regarding customer activities and market conditions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
      - 1 to 2 years of related sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Ability to travel within the defined territory and to trade shows
      - Strong verbal communication skills and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
      - Proficiency in maintaining detailed databases and activity reports

      - Experience in hardware or millwork industries
      - Proven track record of sales growth and customer relationship management
      - Familiarity with product demonstrations and customer needs assessment
