What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Service and support retail distribution centers to enhance their business as Techo-Bloc Authorized Distributors
- Educate and train contractors on product knowledge and best practices for installation
- Maintain brand consistency and service excellence across all sales channels
- Uphold the company's reputation as an industry leader in consumer experience and contractor education
- Engage in outside sales activities with some overnight travel required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience selling into a dealer network or in the hardscape/building material industry
- Strong work ethic with a positive, energized attitude
- Post-secondary education; a bachelor's degree is preferred
- Experience in building action plans, analyzing sales reports, and developing customer sales strategies
- Must be able to travel and have easy access to the Greater Chicago area
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience planning, supporting, and executing marketing communications, sales, and events
- Familiarity with lifting weights of up to 50 lbs
- A valid passport for potential training/meetings in Canada
