      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide direct sales development support to foodservice operators and bakeries
      - Set up and monitor key operator fry tests and product samplings
      - Achieve assigned sales goals through proactive customer engagement
      - Support the sales team by participating in meetings, food shows, and other business activities
      - Manage multiple tasks related to product knowledge and effective selling techniques

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Culinary, Food Marketing, or a related field
      - 5 to 7 years of foodservice experience in an outside sales role or equivalent education and experience
      - Experience in Distributor Sales, Broker Sales, or Manufacturer Sales
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
      - Valid Driver's License

      - Strong presentation skills with the ability to train and learn effectively
      - Understanding of business dynamics in selling propositions and value balancing
      - Experience with Salesforce.com for opportunity management and customer relationship management
