What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide dedicated sales development support to foodservice operators and bakeries
- Set up and monitor key operator fry tests and product samplings
- Build and maintain relationships with distributor sales representatives
- Lead operator sales growth through effective follow-up and product solutions
- Manage multiple tasks related to fry test processes, salad dressings, and sauces

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Culinary, Food Marketing, or a related field
- Five to seven years of foodservice experience in an outside sales role
- Experience in distributor sales, broker sales, or manufacturer sales
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
- Valid Driver's License

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Salesforce.com for opportunity and customer relationship management
- Strong presentation skills and ability to train others
- Demonstrated ability to balance cost vs. value across branded portfolios
