      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop new prospects and engage with existing customers to drive sales of the employer's products and services
      - Analyze sales trends and develop business insights to inform strategy
      - Collaborate closely with the Regional Business Manager and Distribution to meet sales budgets and growth targets
      - Lead and direct the work of others as needed, utilizing experience and judgment to achieve goals
      - Perform a variety of complex tasks to support the sales process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Minimum of 4 years of sales experience
      - Strong presentation skills
      - Ability to identify sales trends and develop business insights
      - Willingness to travel overnight as required (up to 75%)
