What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the Regional Business Manager and Distribution to meet annual sales budgets and growth targets
- Generate demand in the local market through effective selling activities in retail flooring stores
- Create and implement territory-specific promotions and merchandising programs
- Conduct product training sessions for Distributor Sales Representatives and Retail Store Associates
- Build and maintain long-term business relationships with distributors and retailers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 4 years of sales experience
- Willingness to travel overnight up to 75% of the time
- Strong understanding of sales concepts, practices, and procedures
- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies

- Experience in the flooring or construction industry
- Familiarity with retail sales and merchandising strategies
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
