What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with established retailers to enhance operational efficiency
- Conduct in-store training and one-on-one meetings to drive results
- Utilize hardware and software to improve accountability and performance
- Contribute to the growth of the virtual rent-to-own market
- Implement effective sales and marketing strategies to connect retail customers with lease-to-own financing solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1 to 3 years of experience in retail sales, field sales, account management, or customer support
- Proven track record of success, preferably in a retail environment
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Proficiency in MS Office products and CRM systems
